Project Director – High-Rise & Commercial Construction | End-to-End Project Delivery, Planning, Safety & Stakeholder Leadership

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to provide strategic and on-ground leadership for large-scale commercial and high-rise construction projects. This role demands complete ownership of project delivery across all phases, from early planning through execution and close-out. The Project Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence while maintaining strict control over safety, quality, timelines, and budgets. The position requires strong judgment, the ability to manage complexity, and the confidence to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in dynamic construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise and commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Oversee coordination across design management, planning, QA/QC, safety, contracts, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.

• Establish robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and review mechanisms to track progress and resolve issues proactively.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements across all project stages.

• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities, managing expectations and driving timely decision-making.

• Identify project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and lead resolution of critical issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and execution discipline on site.

Desired Profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Construction or related field preferred.

• 23–25 years of experience delivering complex high-rise and commercial construction projects.

• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, QA/QC systems, safety management, and cost control.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.
