  • 1+ years of technical recruiting experience (we are open to hire Graduates with very good communication and convincing skills)
  • Past experience in Technology Hiring will be a good plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficient learner.
  • Assertive and flexible to take on new tasks and responsibilities, work independently and cope up with a fast passed environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools.
  • Superior interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • You will attract, screen, manage leads (profiles), schedule interviews, do follow-ups and will manage the entire talent acquisition process end to end.
  • Understanding Client Requirements. (Client Hiring Ecosystem)
  • Co-ordinate and handle end-to-end recruitment independently for some of the finest start-ups, distinguished Internet companies, Enterprise Product development Companies and some very high profile Management Consulting Firms.
  • Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved
  • Reaching out to the right candidate. (Good College, Company and Technically matching the requirement)
  • Reaching out candidates through various sources.
  • Highly organized, you work with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize various top priorities.
  • Customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers. (you have clients both side!)
  • Supporting the recruitment coordination team with ad-hoc tasks
  • Building up a good pipeline of prospective candidates.
  • Being a career partner to the candidate and making every effort to help the candidate to choose the right job.
