Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles in SaaS, AI/ML, and engineering domains. You will source, engage, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about connecting skilled professionals with cutting-edge opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across SaaS, AI/ML, and engineering teams
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes, conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Advise hiring managers on role requirements, skill trends, and market insights
Negotiate offers and facilitate candidate onboarding
Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and HR compliance
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end hiring
Deep understanding of SaaS, AI/ML, and engineering domains
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
