Role Overview
As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the technical integration layer between a B2B SaaS platform and the marketing technology stack. This is a high-ownership, greenfield-style role focused on scaling complex integrations, defining long-term strategy, and translating business goals into execution across an integration-heavy product ecosystem.
You’ll operate as a strategic product leader—balancing vision, data, and delivery—while working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enterprise stakeholders globally.
What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the product vision for MarTech + HR Tech integrations
Connect CDPs, analytics, and tracking systems with enterprise HR platforms
Define product roadmaps balancing quick wins and long-term scale
Translate business needs into APIs, data models, and technical requirements
Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, funnels, attribution, and ROI
Partner with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Services
Champion customer needs and support go-to-market launches
Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery to release
What You Bring
4+ years Product Management experience (B2B or B2C)
3+ years hands-on Marketing Technology experience
Strong technical fluency with APIs, data schemas, analytics, and integrations
Proven ability to operate independently in complex, matrixed environments
Experience driving both strategy and execution at scale
Comfort working across geographies in fast-moving enterprise setups
