Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple large-scale construction projects. This role carries full responsibility for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, from Base Build through Handover, while ensuring consistent standards of safety, quality, governance, and financial control across the portfolio. The Regional Director will play a critical role in driving execution excellence, strengthening client relationships, and building high-performing teams across geographically distributed sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide regional leadership across a portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, industrial, corporate fit-out, and institutional projects.
Own the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved quality and safety standards.
Establish strong governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance reviews across all projects.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
Lead and align cross-functional teams including Project Management, Planning, QA/QC, EHS, Quantity Surveying, and Contracts.
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities, ensuring effective coordination and timely decision-making.
Monitor project risks, budgets, and schedules at a regional level and implement corrective actions where required.
Promote best practices, digital construction tools, and structured execution methodologies across projects.
Desired Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Master’s in Construction or Project Management.
20–25 years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects across multiple locations.
Proven leadership experience with responsibility for multi-project oversight and regional operations.
Strong understanding of modern construction practices, digital tools, Lean methodologies, and safety standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven approach.
