Senior UX Designer | Design AI-Driven Cybersecurity Products in a Founder-Led Startup, Remote | Agentic AI Platform UX Lead

Role Overview

Senior UX Designer role is for a Senior UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of complex systems, AI-driven intelligence, and high-stakes decision-making. You will design user experiences for advanced cybersecurity applications powered by Agentic AI, where clarity, speed, and precision directly impact outcomes.

The work focuses on transforming fragmented security data and workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that help security and risk teams assess exposure, prioritize actions, and respond with confidence.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing end-to-end UX for AI-powered cybersecurity platforms and companion applications

• Translating complex security workflows into clear, actionable user journeys across:

  • Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Threat Hunting and SOC operations

  • Geo-based threat visualization and risk mapping

• Creating interactive dashboards, visual analytics, and automation flows that support fast, informed decision-making

• Shaping UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction models for data-heavy products

• Building and evolving design systems that scale across products and use cases

How You’ll Work

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams from concept to execution

• Lead wireframing, prototyping, and design validation using modern design tools

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve product experience

• Present design rationale clearly, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals

• Stay current with developments in AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise UX to bring informed ideas into the product

What We’re Looking For

• 6–12 years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally across enterprise or data-intensive platforms

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving, system thinking, and design impact

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and data visualization

• Hands-on experience designing for AI-powered or analytics-heavy applications

• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

• Clear communication and storytelling ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or risk and analytics platforms

• Familiarity with Agentic AI workflows, CTEM concepts, or adaptive and intelligent interfaces

• Understanding of accessibility, usability standards, and responsive enterprise design

• Exposure to design-to-code workflows or front-end frameworks
