Role Overview:
Own quality engineering for large-scale AI and SaaS platforms. Drive automation-first QA, AI/ML validation, and cloud-native testing to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver end-to-end tested, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA strategy and automation roadmap for AI-driven SaaS platforms
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for API, UI, and data validation
Validate AI/ML workflows, RAG systems, and model integrations
Drive performance, security, regression, and longevity testing at scale
Ensure end-to-end test coverage across microservices, APIs, web, and mobile apps
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend automation/process improvements
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SAFe delivery models
Document QA standards, test strategies, and release readiness
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Platform, and Data Science teams
