Technical Program Manager

Launched in 2019 with the goal of changing the way businesses handle their customers’ financial, healthcare, and other personal data – the data that drives the digital economy. We aim to solve the ever-increasing data privacy problem by delivering a data privacy solution through a simple and intuitive API.

1. Minimum 2+ years experience & depth understanding of developer experience and API platform products
2. 3 + years of experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
3. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining the scope
4. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
5. Communication experience and experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
6. Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
7. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
8. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones

1. Drive planning, implementation & delivery of programs across teams and functional organizations, facilitating relationships across organizations to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources
2. Work with Product Engineering to coordinate, prioritize and deliver roadmaps
3. Understand inter-dependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions
4. Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality
5. Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues, and mitigation plan with senior leadership
6. Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments, as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability
