Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BIM Team Lead to manage and drive Building Information Modeling (BIM) delivery across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership capability to oversee multi-disciplinary BIM teams and ensure consistent implementation of BIM standards. The BIM Team Lead will act as a key link between design consultants, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and timely delivery of BIM outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise BIM teams across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Develop, implement, and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project and regulatory standards.
Coordinate BIM deliverables across all disciplines and ensure seamless collaboration among project stakeholders.
Review and validate BIM models for clash detection, constructability, data integrity, and overall quality.
Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in accordance with defined Levels of Development (LOD).
Plan and lead clash coordination meetings, track issues, and drive resolution to closure.
Support design and construction teams through 4D/5D BIM workflows, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing.
Manage BIM data, Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, and project documentation.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance guidance to BIM team members.
Work closely with project managers and planning teams to align BIM workflows with project schedules.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a BIM leadership role.
Proven exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
Experience working with PMCs, developers, and design consultants.
Technical & Leadership Skills
Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC, and Dynamo (preferred).
Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards, LOD requirements, and BIM workflows.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
