Full Job Description

We are seeking backend engineers who are passionate about building robust, efficient, and scalable applications. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will work with Microsoft tech stack, including C#, .NET, and Azure, to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that drive financial intelligence across organizations.


  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software using Microsoft tech stack: C#, .NET, and Azure.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Keep software components loosely coupled to accommodate growth and scalability.
  • Contribute to improvements in continuous delivery infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the team in recruiting and mentoring top engineering talent.
  • Drive the execution of the roadmap and incorporate customer feedback into the product.
  • Execute Agile development and product scenarios to release high-quality software on a regular cadence.
  • Proactively assist the team in identifying and resolving development and production software issues through effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Project Managers, Product Owners, Customer-Facing teams, DevOps, and Support, to ensure seamless execution.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
  • 5-8 years of web application development experience in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft tech stack: C#, .NET, and Azure.
  • Experience with microservices and REST APIs (5+ years).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and hands-on experience with SQL queries.
  • Strong experience with Linux/MacOS console (bash commands).
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite products such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence is a plus.
  • Nice to have experience with C++, MDX, and NoSQL.
  • Solid understanding of Computer Science principles, including OOP, SOLID, RDBMS, code testing practices, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of network interactions, including protocols conventions (e.g., REST, RPC) and authentication and authorization flows, standards, and practices (e.g., oAuth, JWT).
