Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Forge and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with our mission and objectives.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tech startups, understanding their talent needs, and providing innovative recruitment solutions.
• Hiring and Team Leadership: Hire, Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Recruiters, SDRs, BDAs, to achieve and exceed business development targets.
