AI Enablement Engineer | Building Global Capability Centers | Work Alongside Serial Entrepreneurs | Pair-Programming, Agentic Workflows

Job Details

Full Job Description

AI Enablement Engineers help engineering teams adopt Devin and integrate agentic workflows into everyday development. The role blends strong engineering fundamentals, consulting intuition, and a teacher’s mindset. The work is deeply hands-on: building real software alongside teams while showing how Devin can be used to do the same more effectively.

This role plays a critical part in shaping how AI Enablement scales globally. Individual training engagements are transformed into repeatable systems, structured programs, and digital learning assets that can support hundreds of thousands of engineers worldwide. AI Enablement here is treated as a product in itself: measurable, structured, and continuously improving based on real-world usage and outcomes.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working directly with engineers, finds fulfillment in teaching and coaching, and also thinks systematically about how successful patterns can be scaled across teams, geographies, and organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead interactive enablement programs for engineering teams through live workshops and pair-programming sessions

  • Guide teams through installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin and related tools, including DeepWiki and MCP integrations

  • Pair-program with engineers across experience levels to build, debug, and automate real production workflows

  • Identify high-impact use cases for Devin across engineering, QA, data, support, and product teams

  • Create enablement materials, best practices, and shared learning assets based on real customer engagement

  • Partner with leadership to productize AI Enablement through scalable training models, digital content, and certifications

  • Collaborate with engagement and engineering teams to refine onboarding and provide feedback on evolving features

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM discipline from a leading institution or equivalent hands-on experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or technical consultant with strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar

  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences

  • Strong customer-facing skills and comfort in highly interactive environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt, and operate quickly

You May Excel If You

  • Have led technical workshops or developer enablement programs

  • Have built or integrated LLM or agent-based systems in production

  • Enjoy teaching and creating “aha” moments for others

  • Have startup experience where ownership, speed, and execution mattered
