An experienced Senior Workfront Configuration Consultant is needed to lead and own Adobe Workfront configuration across enterprise-scale implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Workfront architecture, governance, workflows, permissions, reporting, and scalable platform design.
The position involves close collaboration with solution architects, integration specialists, and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workfront solutions in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Adobe Workfront configuration during implementation projects
- Configure and manage objects, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, reports, permissions, and governance structures
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workfront configurations
- Ensure all configurations align with approved architecture, governance standards, and scalability requirements
- Conduct quality assurance reviews across configurations and related integrations
- Collaborate with platform architects and technical teams to maintain cross-platform consistency
- Support integration validation, troubleshooting, and UAT defect resolution
- Guide and oversee configuration tasks assigned to junior consultants
- Document configuration decisions, dependencies, and implementation impacts
- Support go-live readiness activities and post-implementation stabilization
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration experience
- Strong understanding of Workfront governance, permissions, workflows, and scalable design principles
- Experience working on enterprise-level implementations or multi-team environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into actionable configurations
- Experience collaborating with technical architects, stakeholders, and implementation teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Adobe ecosystem tools and integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation and digital operations
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or consulting environments
