AEM Front-End Senior Developer

📍 India | Full-time | 5–8 Years Experience | AEM | Enterprise Digital Platforms

A highly skilled AEM Front-End Senior Developer is needed to build responsive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. Strong AEM front-end expertise, modern JavaScript frameworks, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools are essential to accelerate delivery and raise the bar on digital quality.

What You’ll Do

• Develop AEM front-end components, templates, ClientLibs, and reusable UI modules
• Implement responsive and accessible interfaces using HTL, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Integrate front-end components with Sling Models, REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs
• Build and optimise Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Edge Delivery experiences
• Create reusable CSS and UI patterns aligned with enterprise brand guidelines and design systems
• Use Cursor IDE and GenAI coding assistants for accelerated front-end development workflows
• Optimise Core Web Vitals, website performance, and Lighthouse scores
• Implement personalisation and tracking using Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma or Adobe XD
• Support CI/CD deployments via Adobe Cloud Manager, Git, Jenkins, Webpack, and Vite
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of overall front-end development experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on AEM front-end project experience
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or SPA-based architecture
• Deep hands-on experience with HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, AEM ClientLibs, and AEM Core Components
• Knowledge of Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Edge Delivery Services
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks
• Proficiency in SASS, LESS, PostCSS, and CSS methodologies like BEM or OOCSS
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, caching, and image optimisation
• Experience implementing WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility testing
• Hands-on experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or GenAI-powered coding assistants
• Bonus: SPA Editor, headless CMS, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Storybook

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Adobe AEM Sites Developer Certification – preferred
