Reports to VP of Marketing (US)
A strategic, execution-driven leader is needed to own and run the central Web Operations & Site Health Hub for a high-scale fintech marketing organization. This is a senior leadership role heading the entire India marketing team – setting the operational backbone for a high-traffic, consumer-facing eCommerce and marketing web experience across content delivery, analytics, experimentation, SEO, and personalization.
What You’ll Do
Content & Web Operations
- Own CMS operations in Contentful — high-velocity publishing workflows, campaign launches, landing page deployment, and governance
- Drive high-quality web releases through rigorous QA, validation, and release management
- Lead governance of catalog data quality, site taxonomy, and attribute standards
Analytics & Behavioral Intelligence
- Oversee GTM (server-side), GA4, and BigQuery tagging with a focus on data privacy compliance
- Manage integration of Glassbox with Google Analytics and ActionIQ CDP for behavioral intelligence
- Enable session replay, friction detection, and behavioral analysis to power optimization decisions
Testing & Experimentation
- Own the full A/B and multivariate testing lifecycle using AB Tasty — setup, QA, deployment, and measurement
- Establish experimentation guardrails and high-velocity testing standards across the org
- Partner with Analytics, Design, and Engineering for data-driven test outcomes
Personalization & User Journey
- Deploy web behavioral segments and personalized discovery journeys via ActionIQ CDP
- Build and automate discovery journeys that adapt to real-time user signals and intent
Technical SEO & Site Health
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall crawlability
- Use Screaming Frog and Sitebulb to resolve crawl errors, redirect loops, and broken linking structures
- Drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and LLM discoverability initiatives
Team Leadership
- Head the entire India marketing operations team (~20 members)
- Define career paths, skill development plans, and cross-functional operating models
- Build scalable playbooks and documentation across Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data
What You Bring
- 12–18 years of experience in web operations and marketing technology
- 5+ years leading technical teams in a digital marketing / fintech environment
- Must-have: Strong hands-on CMS experience — Contentful (headless) strongly preferred
- Must-have: GTM (including server-side), GA4, BigQuery expertise
- Must-have: Technical SEO — Core Web Vitals, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb
- Must-have: ActionIQ CDP or equivalent (Tealium) experience
- Must-have: A/B testing — AB Tasty, VWO, or Optimizely
- Fintech or high-traffic consumer-facing web environment background strongly preferred
- Experience with Glassbox or equivalent behavioral analytics tools
- Proven ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — strong advantage
- Ability to bridge high-level marketing goals with precise technical execution
