Role Overview

This is a hands-on Senior Salesforce Consultant role owning complex GTM and Revenue platforms end to end. The position sits at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success, with full ownership of Lead-to-Cash workflows. The focus: build scalable systems, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure Salesforce grows cleanly with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and FinancialForce administration and configuration

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives from requirements to production

  • Design scalable automations using Flows, validations, approvals, and Lightning UI

  • Build and optimize CPQ (bundles, pricing, discounts, approvals, quote templates)

  • Manage subscription billing, renewals, invoicing, credits, and revenue schedules

  • Enable leadership with pipeline visibility, forecasting, and revenue dashboards

  • Configure and maintain LinkedIn Sales Navigator and GTM tool integrations

  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and CS on territories, routing, and workflows

  • Own security, access models, data governance, and documentation

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Consulting experience

  • Proven delivery across CRM, CPQ, Billing, and FinancialForce

  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash processes

  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and exec reporting

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing)

  • SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, MRR, ACV, churn, renewals

  • Exposure to SOQL, APIs, Gearset, Copado, Git
