SENIOR QA ENGINEER

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology, focused on building high-quality digital experiences and custom products that solve real-world problems.

Working closely with engineering, design, and product teams, you’ll take ownership of how quality is defined, built, and delivered. This is not just about testing, it’s about challenging systems, refining processes, and ensuring every release meets a high standard of performance, security, and usability.

Senior QA Engineers here operate with autonomy and a strong shift-left mindset. You’ll influence how products are built from the ground up, driving better testing practices, cleaner code, and more reliable systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own hands-on testing for responsive web and mobile applications, including underlying systems
• Advocate for clean code, better processes, and continuous improvements across teams
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define and evolve testing strategies early in the lifecycle
• Scope and estimate testing efforts while adapting to changing requirements
• Communicate test progress clearly to enable faster, data-driven decisions
• Lead end-to-end testing cycles, from requirements to execution and regression
• Support release cycles with planning, validation, and final quality sign-off
• Contribute to a shared quality practice, driving collaboration and innovation
• Continuously improve testing approaches, tools, and frameworks across the organization

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 5–8 years of experience as an independent, execution-focused QA engineer
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to stay sharp under pressure
• Confidence to advocate for quality while balancing business priorities
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
