Role Overview
Hiring a DevOps Engineer to build, run, and evolve production-grade cloud systems. This is a hands-on role focused on operability, automation, and continuous delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, influence system design, and ensure software runs reliably in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable systems
Build solutions with long-term operability and maintainability in mind
Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices
Enable CI/CD pipelines with fast feedback loops
Support production systems and lead problem resolution
Clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in DevOps / SRE / Operability Engineering
Comfortable with pair or mob programming in cross-functional teams
Hands-on coding experience and ability to build simple services with tests
Expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions
Strong automation and testing mindset
Proficient with Linux/Windows, command-line operations
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi
Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Elastic
Solid networking knowledge and production support experience
