Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to influence technical and operational decisions

  • Design and build systems with production support, maintenance, and scalability in mind

  • Mentor and support client engineering teams, improving operability and delivery maturity

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Continuously deliver small, incremental changes with fast feedback loops and frequent production releases

Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable with pair and mob programming in cross-functional teams

  • Strong programming fundamentals, with experience building services supported by automated tests

  • Solid automation mindset, including unit testing and automated testing tools

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and release practices

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Pulumi

  • Working knowledge of observability practices such as monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection

  • Experience operating, supporting, and troubleshooting software in live production environments
