Senior Data Engineer – Cybersecurity Data (8+ Years)

We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design and operate large-scale, fault-tolerant data pipelines for high-volume cybersecurity data (logs, events, alerts, vulnerabilities).

Experience: 8-12years

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:

• Build and own scalable data pipelines & connector frameworks

• Design and manage Apache Airflow DAGs (batch, incremental, event-driven)

• Ingest data from leading security platforms (SIEM, EDR, VM, CSPM, CNAPP)

• Ensure data quality, normalization, observability, and reliability

• Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency

What we’re looking for:

● 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.

● Proven experience building production-grade data pipelines at scale.

● Deep expertise with Apache Airflow (DAG design, scheduling, monitoring, backfills).

● Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); Go is a plus.

● Experience processing large volumes of structured and semi-structured data (JSON, logs, events).

● Solid understanding of distributed systems and data processing patterns.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.

● Strongly preferred: prior experience with cybersecurity or observability data, including SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CNAPP, or SOC platforms.
