As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the affiliate-based performance marketing efforts. Your expertise in data analysis, strong communication skills, and ability to manage both tactical and strategic initiatives will be essential to the success of marketing campaigns. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end campaign strategy, mainly on execution and optimization
• Leverage 2 – 5 years of work experience in Advertising to drive the success of performance marketing campaigns.
• Be able to understand the business impact of these performance campaigns.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of affiliate-based performance marketing principles.
• Utilize tools such as HasOffers, Cake, Volumm, Everflow, MS Excel, Tableau, and MySQL to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lead strategic initiatives when required, demonstrating your ability to shift between tactical and strategic roles.
• Apply a STEM degree background to bring analytical rigor to decision-making processes.
• Embrace a remote work environment and actively contribute to collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications:
• 2 – 5 years of proven work experience in Advertising.
• Tools proficiency – Search, Social, Affiliate, Programmatic.
• Proficient understanding of affiliate-based performance marketing concepts.
• Experience in utilizing tools such as HasOffers, Cake, Volumm, Everflow, MS Excel, Tableau, and MySQL for data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
• Capability to lead strategic initiatives and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with US markets is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in working remotely is a plus.
