Role Overview:
Lead QA and automation initiatives for cutting-edge AI and SaaS platforms. Drive test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality standards across complex, distributed, and multi-tenant cloud environments. Mentor teams, improve engineering velocity, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute QA strategy and automation roadmap for AI-powered SaaS platforms

• Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks across API, UI, and data validation layers

• Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to validate AI/ML workflows and model integration

• Lead performance, security, and regression testing initiatives

• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify gaps and recommend automation or process improvements

• Establish QA best practices and ensure release readiness in Agile/SAFe environments

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within QA teams

• Ensure end-to-end test coverage across microservices, APIs, web, and mobile applications
