Full Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Lead to drive NLP, Foundation Models, and AI Agent development. This is a remote, hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape AI strategy, mentor teams, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead NLP model development including BERT, GPT, T5, and other transformers.
Fine-tune foundation models and small language models for business applications.
Design and deploy AI agents for intelligent automation.
Build robust data pipelines and manage large-scale datasets.
Implement model evaluation, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI from concept to production.
Mentor engineers and drive best practices in AI development.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of hands-on AI experience with strong focus on NLP.
Proficient in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
Hands-on with NLP libraries: spaCy, NLTK, OpenAI APIs.
Expertise in NER, text classification, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.
Experience in cloud deployments: AWS, GCP, Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead AI initiatives end-to-end.

CTC: $65,000 USD
