  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable reporting architecture.

  • Present insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and concise, outcome-focused storytelling.

Core Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks; prior experience working within Databricks environments preferred.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for statistical analysis, automation, and data modeling.

  • Experience using Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

  • Exposure to ETL development using tools such as Databricks and AWS S3.

  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira, Monday, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or Customer Lifecycle Analytics roles.

  • Prior experience working with AI or BI capabilities within Databricks is considered a strong advantage.
