We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to establish and oversee our brand-new contract staffing operation. This is a greenfield role, offering you the exciting opportunity to build a robust program from the ground up, shaping its culture, processes, and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of our contract staffing strategy, driving efficient sourcing, placement, and management of contract talent to support our business objectives.
- Hunter Mentality: A proactive approach focused on actively seeking and engaging potential clients for contract staffing, showcasing the benefits and value of our services.
- Client Acquisition Strategies: Developing and implementing targeted strategies to acquire new clients for contract staffing, tailored to meet the unique needs of various industries and sectors.
- Strategic Networking: Engaging in deliberate networking efforts within relevant professional circles to establish connections and generate business leads for the contract staffing operation.
Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive contract staffing strategy aligned with the company’s overall talent acquisition goals.
- Identify and analyze market trends to source highly qualified talent pools for diverse contract roles.
- Establish and manage relationships with key staffing agencies and vendors.
- Set competitive rates and negotiate contracts for contract workforce.
- Develop and implement programs to attract and retain top contract talent.
Building and Leading a Team:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of staffing specialists or recruiters focused on contract positions.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing a contract staffing program from scratch.
- Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry, including relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
