Job Description
This role supports the Founder’s Office and Operations leadership, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operational activities, project coordination, and operational efficiency. Based in Dubai, candidates must currently be in India and willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities and ongoing projects under the Founder’s Office
Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones and tasks
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for smooth communication
Manage inventory and ensure materials meet operational and production requirements
Monitor project progress, prepare updates, and proactively identify risks or delays
Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Participate in operational meetings, contributing practical process improvement ideas
Maintain structured documentation, reports, and operational records
Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Performance Expectations
Consistent on-time delivery of operational tasks and project milestones
Accuracy and reliability in reports and documentation
Effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
Strict adherence to operational processes, procedures, and timelines
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
6+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
Experience in creative, production, or manufacturing environments is a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Clear and confident communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
