Job Description 

This role supports the Founder’s Office and Operations leadership, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operational activities, project coordination, and operational efficiency. Based in Dubai, candidates must currently be in India and willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ongoing projects under the Founder’s Office

  • Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones and tasks

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for smooth communication

  • Manage inventory and ensure materials meet operational and production requirements

  • Monitor project progress, prepare updates, and proactively identify risks or delays

  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Participate in operational meetings, contributing practical process improvement ideas

  • Maintain structured documentation, reports, and operational records

  • Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent on-time delivery of operational tasks and project milestones

  • Accuracy and reliability in reports and documentation

  • Effective coordination across teams and stakeholders

  • Strict adherence to operational processes, procedures, and timelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles

  • Experience in creative, production, or manufacturing environments is a plus

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Clear and confident communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

  • Role Location: Dubai

  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Dubai after selection
