Engineering Lead – Mobile Dev

We are leading enterprise SaaS provider helping public sector agencies plan and deliver over $450 billion worth capital infrastructure projects and realize up to 5% in savings. We perform the entire configuration, implementation and delivery of enterprise software solutions. These are multimillion-dollar projects typically spanning 6 months to two years. Our customers include State agencies, Airports, large cities and counties, and major transit authorities who spend anywhere from $15K ARR to $3M ARR on our software subscription plans.

1. B.E/B.Tech. Degree or master’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
2. Expert level knowledge & experience in Flutter is a must.
3. Good knowledge on automated unit testing for Flutter.
4. Good knowledge on mobile app & data security
5. Good understanding of mobile app performance optimization
6. Should have a good hold on any one database. (SQL Server and SQLite is preferred).
7. Experience in NodeJS or Hybrid mobile app technologies like Cordova / Ionic.
8. Must have experience in guiding & mentoring the team members along with good interpersonal and communication skills
9. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Good to have:

1. Experience in using Web view in mobile app.
2. Experience in working with 3rd party integrations
3. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is good to have.
4. Experience in Microsoft technology stack (C#, Web API, SQL Server).
5. Preferably worked in an Agile development environment & worked in an enterprise product environment.

2. Work on analyzing the requirements, designing and developing software that is going to solve real world customer problems.
3. Lead and mentor your team members.
