Role Overview:
Seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and scale large-scale, enterprise-grade AI platforms. This role focuses on system design, architectural excellence, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions while mentoring senior engineers and shaping high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of enterprise-grade AI systems combining generative AI, real-time data, and workflow automation

• Drive architecture, system design, and technology decisions for scalable, reliable platforms

• Mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and managers

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear presentations for stakeholders

• Evaluate and implement emerging Agentic AI technologies in production environments

• Ensure high standards of execution, reliability, and performance across delivered systems

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical delivery with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, strong system design, architectural expertise, experience delivering complex software projects, team management, technical communication, understanding of modern AI and Agentic AI
