• You have a strong background in distributed systems and database systems

You will lead and build an A+ Team of 50- 75 super stars in Bengaluru

• ·Build Team & Culture: Build & manage multiple engineering teams and long-term strategy for the engineering roadmap. You will drive development activities, and partner closely with the other teams globally
• Influence Business Strategy: Understand business fluency by listening to customers/stakeholders, understanding critical business metrics, and influence overall product direction and strategy.
• Enable process to help close collaboration across geographically distributed teams
• Hold high-quality standards and focus on high availability and reliability.
