Full Job Description

This role goes beyond shipping code. It’s about ensuring software runs reliably in the real world.

Join a global technology consultancy working on high-impact projects across enterprise and public sector environments. You’ll work in agile teams that value speed, precision, and practical problem-solving, building systems that are designed not just to deploy—but to perform in production.

Operability sits at the core of everything here. You’ll focus on how software behaves post-deployment, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to build systems that are scalable, observable, and easy to maintain.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and run production-ready systems
  • Drive operability practices across CI/CD, deployment, and runtime environments
  • Build systems with a strong focus on maintainability and customer supportability
  • Mentor team members and elevate engineering maturity
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across audiences
  • Continuously improve delivery through fast feedback loops and iterative releases

What You Bring

  • Hands-on DevOps experience in agile, collaborative environments
  • Strong programming fundamentals with experience building testable services
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi)
  • Strong command line skills with Linux/Windows systems
  • Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK stack)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in pair/mob programming setups and cross-functional teams
  • Experience running and supporting systems in production environments

Why This Role Stands Out
You won’t just build pipelines. You’ll shape how systems behave in production, influence engineering practices, and work on problems that actually matter.
