DevOps Engineer (C2H) | Multi-Billion Dollar Mobile, AI & AdTech Platform at Global Scale

About the Role

The DevOps Engineer role supports a global, privacy-first mobile advertising platform used by leading brands, agencies, developers, and publishers. The platform reaches 1.4+ billion mobile users and delivers 10+ billion advertisements daily, enabling meaningful decisions at internet scale.

Team Overview

The position sits within a large-scale Demand Side Platform handling 40+ billion ad requests across awareness, acquisition, and re-engagement use cases. The optimization team builds automated decision systems where platform reliability and performance directly impact daily revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in collaboration with multiple stakeholders

• Manage shifting priorities while delivering against project timelines

• Provide functional, design, and code reviews within and across teams

• Estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure predictable delivery

• Look beyond individual tasks to understand system-wide and product-level impact

• Work closely with engineering teams in sprint-based execution environments

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar languages

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cluster management

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes environments

• Exposure to high-throughput microservices and distributed systems

Technical Expertise

• Architecting and implementing Azure services, including VMs, VMSS, Load Balancers, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, VNets, storage, Active Directory, DNS, routing, and security policies

• Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform

• Kubernetes ecosystem tools including Helm and Skaffold

• Monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding using Prometheus and Grafana

• Strong understanding of observability and traceability
