Engineer, Workfront – Junior Configuration Consultant
📍 Remote | Contract-to-Hire | 1–3 Years Experience | Digital Agency | Global Network
A detail-driven Workfront Configuration Engineer is needed to support implementation teams by executing precise configuration tasks under senior direction. This is a focused execution role – clean configs, solid documentation, and sharp QA support for a globally distributed digital agency network.
What You’ll Do
- Execute assigned configuration tasks in alignment with approved design
- Configure forms, templates, workflows, permissions, and reports in Workfront
- Document configuration updates and maintain accurate technical records
- Support QA remediation and defect resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Flag risks or inconsistencies against the approved architecture
- Assist with UAT preparation and environment readiness
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of hands-on Workfront configuration experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow strict architectural blueprints and governance guardrails
- Foundational understanding of system structure and governance
- Ability to follow a structured implementation methodology
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience
