The Role

This role is designed for a storyteller, not a manual writer.

As a Content Marketer – Product-Based, (Contract Position) you will shape how a complex AI-driven security platform is understood by business leaders and buyers. Instead of explaining how the software is built, your focus will be on why it matters, translating technical capability into clear, persuasive business narratives.

This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, sales enablement, and brand storytelling. The writing you produce will directly support revenue, positioning, and go-to-market success.

What You’ll Do

  • Create solution briefs, product overviews, executive summaries, and external marketing collateral

  • Translate complex AI and cybersecurity data into benefit-led, business-friendly messaging

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape compelling product narratives

  • Support go-to-market initiatives with content designed to influence buying decisions

  • Develop persuasive sales tools such as pitch decks, positioning documents, and solution narratives

  • Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and product positioning across all content

What This Role Is Not

  • Not internal technical documentation

  • Not API or developer documentation

  • Not user manuals or implementation guides

This role is firmly rooted in technical product marketing, not engineering documentation.

Experience & Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or marketing-focused technical writing

  • Strong experience creating external-facing B2B content

  • Ability to simplify complex products without losing accuracy or credibility

  • Background in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a strong plus
