We’ve built our reputation in the startup ecosystem by delivering trust, speed, and results in talent acquisition. Now, we’re looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who can take that reputation further—expanding our reach with startups and high-growth companies that demand world-class hiring.
This is not just about sales. It’s about becoming a trusted partner for founders and decision-makers, understanding their hiring challenges, and presenting solutions that align with their growth journey.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and onboard new clients in the startup and tech ecosystem.
Build lasting relationships with founders, CXOs, and hiring leaders by positioning us as a strategic hiring partner.
Collaborate with our recruitment specialists to design tailored hiring solutions.
Drive end-to-end client acquisition: from outreach and proposal building to contract negotiation and onboarding.
Track industry shifts, competitor activities, and startup ecosystem trends to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure exceptional turnaround times and seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For
5 – 10 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or market expansion within staffing, HR services, consulting, or startup-focused industries.
A strong network in the startup/tech space with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A mix of persistence and empathy: someone who can hustle but also listen deeply to client needs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
