Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions across enterprise systems. You’ll work with LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI agents to bring advanced AI capabilities into production. This role blends applied ML engineering, AI orchestration, and scalable software development for enterprise-grade platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
Design and maintain RAG pipelines, combining LLMs, embeddings, and vector search for high-performance retrieval.
Develop and fine-tune ML/NLP models, integrating them into enterprise applications.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices exposing AI functionalities across products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into orchestration and business workflows.
Implement model evaluation, prompt engineering, response optimization, and observability.
Stay current with AI/ML trends, LLM frameworks, and production-grade AI deployment techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in AI/ML or NLP solution development with strong product focus.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, FastAPI.
Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases.
Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
