As an AI Product Director, this is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling enterprise-grade AI platforms within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. The role sits at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and enterprise software, driving the development of intelligent systems that power critical business workflows.

The AI Product Director is expected to bring a deep technical understanding of modern AI systems, combined with strong product intuition to shape scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI platforms, including foundation models, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI applications
• Drive the AI product lifecycle from research and prototyping to production deployment and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and ML teams to translate business needs into high-impact product decisions
• Define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and success metrics to ensure quality, performance, and responsible AI deployment
• Lead model strategy including selection, optimization, and cost-performance trade-offs across providers
• Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into enterprise product workflows rather than standalone features
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand real-world use cases and shape product direction
• Represent AI product strategy in leadership discussions, customer conversations, and stakeholder forums

• Proven track record of shipping AI solutions such as copilots, agents, or predictive systems into production
• Strong exposure to evaluation frameworks including A/B testing, human evaluation, and production monitoring
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and AI orchestration patterns
• Ability to define and track AI-specific metrics such as accuracy, latency, cost, and task completion rates

Experience & Background

• 12–20 years in product management with significant exposure to AI/ML products
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise product ecosystems is essential
• Experience working closely with data science and ML engineering teams
• Background in complex enterprise domains is an added advantage
