An experienced Engineering Lead is needed to design, develop, and enhance an award-winning enterprise product suite solving real-world infrastructure challenges. A highly collaborative, fast-paced role – owning delivery, mentoring teams, and building software that powers $400B+ of capital infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze requirements, design, and develop scalable web applications on Microsoft .NET
- Enhance and contribute to an award-winning enterprise SaaS flagship product
- Lead, guide, and mentor team members through delivery cycles
- Build and maintain solutions using C#.NET, ASP.NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Develop robust Microsoft SQL Server solutions and SSRS reports
- Work with 3rd party integrations across the product ecosystem
- Deliver in an Agile development environment with a focus on quality and execution
- Solve complex, real-world customer problems with strong analytical thinking
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience developing web applications using Microsoft .NET
- Expert knowledge of C#.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, jQuery, Web Services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and RDBMS concepts
- Hands-on experience building reports with SSRS or equivalent tools
- Proven ability to guide and mentor team members
- Experience working in Agile and enterprise product environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with .NET Core and 3rd party integrations
