Role Overview
This role is for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in video, motion, and static creatives who can drive execution across performance marketing and brand storytelling.

The position requires a hands-on creative thinker who can take ideas from concept to final output while mentoring a small design team. The role balances both individual contribution and team leadership, working closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to create high-performing creative assets across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design and video execution across paid ads, email campaigns, website, landing pages, and e-commerce assets.

  • Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives including product videos, explainers, and UGC-style ads.

  • Develop creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

  • Translate marketing goals and performance insights into visual concepts that improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Lead creative ideation for product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives by testing new formats, hooks, and visual trends.

  • Mentor and guide a team of 3–4 designers while maintaining high creative standards and efficient workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, product, and growth teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives.

  • Maintain brand consistency, accuracy, and final creative quality before assets go live across channels and markets.

Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, and video editing, preferably within D2C, health-tech, or consumer technology companies.

  • Experience mentoring or leading a small design team while managing multiple creative projects independently.

  • Strong experience producing performance marketing creatives across paid ads, digital campaigns, and email marketing.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creative principles including hooks, pacing, thumbnails, layouts, CTAs, and UGC-style formats.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for typography, composition, and brand consistency.

  • Exposure to 2D animation, product animation, basic 3D renders, or AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, static designs, and performance marketing creatives.
