Help millions lead healthier financial lives by shaping best-in-class personal finance experiences. This role focuses on accelerating experimentation and personalization on a marketing website, working hands-on with AB Tasty to test, optimize, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead experimentation and personalization efforts on the marketing website

• Work hands-on with AB Tasty to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests

• Support agile prototyping and dynamic component development

• Collaborate with a mission-driven team to continuously improve user experiences

• Turn insights into actionable optimizations that drive measurable impact

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of front-end development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) in a commercial environment

• Deep familiarity with customer experience optimization platforms like AB Tasty, Optimizely, or VWO

• Strong technical thinker with a track record of turning insights into action

• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and pushing personalization to its full potential
