Lead Software Engineer – Java – On-Premises / Monolithic Product

We’re looking for talented and motivated Lead Software Engineers – Java to join a growing team! You’ll play a key role in maintaining a critical software component used by all our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across all development stages, from defining requirements to testing and releasing the component.
• Ensure the component’s quality remains high and continues to deliver value to our customers.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Actively participate in maintaining and improving code quality through refactoring.
• Write and automate tests using tools like Selenium to guarantee software stability.
• Work within an Agile development methodology, following best practices.
• Contribute to a fast-paced and growing environment where your work makes a real impact.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of experience in Core Java development (experience in Scala a plus).
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Linux fundamentals.
• Proficiency in using Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
• A passion for tackling complex problems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
