We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team and drive our startup hiring efforts. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent for our startup organization based in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup and make a significant impact in building our technical team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for various IT positions.
2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified IT professionals through online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills required in software development, infrastructure, data analytics, or related fields.
4. Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
8. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
