As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful programs that contribute to our client’s mission. You will leverage your extensive experience to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects that demand both precision and agility. This role offers you the platform to demonstrate your leadership skills as a servant-leader, coach, and enabler throughout the product development lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs, aligning them with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Rigorous Planning: Foster a culture of meticulous planning and prioritization, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that could affect program outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse program teams regularly to track progress, address challenges, and provide expert guidance, while managing interdependencies across business units.
  • Agility Metrics Optimization: Evaluate and enhance agility metrics to improve performance, predictability, and efficiency in program delivery, workforce planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on program strategies, execution, and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on program goals.
  • Effective Communication: Manage cross-functional communications to ensure clarity and understanding, maximizing the impact of program initiatives and fostering quick adoption of changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech) and an MBA.
  • 12+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Program Manager role within an Agile product development environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative atmosphere.
  • Relevant certification in PgMP, SAFe, CSM/PSM, or PMP.
  • Strong knowledge of PMI Program Management principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Scrum framework, including its artifacts and ceremonies.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
