  2. Deliver without supervision, and mentor junior employees. You are a problem solver not a problem pointer
  3. B-Tech/MTech/MS in Computer Science or related field.
  4. PMP certification will be an added advantage
  5. You are an experienced professional, resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  6. You have the emotional intelligence to affect change through influence not just authority, and interact positively with a wide range of personalities.
  7. A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
  8. Have managed multiple successful, simultaneous medium- to large-scale / term projects independently.
  9. You are a career-oriented professional. You need little/no execution supervision, but may require some direction on new assignments and business priorities.
  10. You have a broad understanding of project management processes and business.
  11. You have played a leading role in architecting the execution model of successful medium-sized project.
  12. You continually better the solutions of others. You think in terms of long-term project goals, not just day-to-day tasks.
  13. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in their own area of expertise.
  14. Strong program management skills around planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  15. Strong ability to understand tech stacks and architecture and drive tech solutioning with engineering leads and architects.
  16. Expected to drive programs by understanding the underlying technology and architecture for proposed solutions.
  17. Prior experience of software development or testing would be good to have.
  18. Experience of having successfully delivered large, complicated engineering releases
  1. Drive multiple portfolios, working cross-functionally with product manager, designers, software development team, business operations, marketing, legal and external partners across organization to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.
  2. Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery, define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and drive adoption across organization.
  3. Monitor and track complex programs effectively by providing periodic updates to technical, non- technical teams and Sr. Management.
  4. Has the right balance of technical, project management and business/product acumen and manage delivery across SDLC serving as a single point of contact.
  5. Strong ability to understand tech stacks and architecture and drive tech solutioning with engineering leads and architects.
  6. Expected to drive programs by understanding the underlying technology and architecture for proposed solutions.
  7. Handle multiple competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Manage stakeholders from different cross functional teams by setting expectations and providing frequent program/project updates.
