About the job
As a Talent Research Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our HR team, supporting the talent acquisition process by identifying and sourcing potential candidates. You’ll have the chance to learn effective research techniques, utilize various sourcing tools, and build a database of qualified individuals. Your contributions will help us find the best talent.

Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Conduct research to identify potential talent candidates 🎯
2️⃣ Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to find qualified individuals 🕵️‍♀️
3️⃣ Build and maintain a database of potential candidates 💼
4️⃣ Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for positions 📋
5️⃣ Support the team in talent acquisition initiatives and projects 💪
