Senior UX Designer – Cybersecurity & Agentic AI | Led by Industry-Seasoned Security Experts Building Next-Gen Defense Platforms

The Senior UX Designer Role focuses on crafting world-class user experiences for modern cybersecurity applications powered by Agentic AI. The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in shaping next-generation security products built by industry-seasoned cybersecurity experts with deep experience solving large-scale, real-world security challenges.

Positioned at the intersection of complex security operations and intelligent design, this role requires transforming advanced AI-driven insights into clear, intuitive, and scalable experiences. The work directly impacts how security analysts, SOC teams, and GRC leaders detect risk, prioritize threats, and take action faster and more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across an AI-driven cybersecurity platform and its companion applications.

• Translate complex security workflows, including Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, SOC operations, and geo-based threat intelligence, into simple and actionable user journeys.

• Design interactive dashboards, visual analytics, and AI-assisted automation workflows that improve analyst efficiency and reduce cognitive load.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to deliver cohesive and scalable user experiences.

• Define UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems aligned with modern enterprise design standards.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously refine and improve usability.

• Stay current with advancements in AI, cybersecurity, and design systems to introduce meaningful innovation into the product experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of proven experience in UX or Product Design, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, complex problem solving, and impactful interface design.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and data-heavy interfaces.

• Experience designing AI-powered or data-intensive products where insights drive decision-making.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and research.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills to clearly articulate design rationale and trade-offs.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience designing for cybersecurity, DevSecOps, risk management, or analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, CTEM workflows, LLM-driven UX, or adaptive interfaces.

• Understanding of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and responsive design for enterprise applications.

• Exposure to front-end frameworks or design-to-code workflows such as React or Tailwind.
