Senior Site Safety Supervisor | Powering World-Class Safety Standards Across High-Impact Construction Projects

About the Opportunity
This is a large, multi-project construction environment where safety is treated as a core value, not a checkbox. Sites operate at scale, involve multiple contractor partners, and demand disciplined execution of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards on a daily basis.
The role is designed for professionals who believe that Zero Harm is achieved through systems, consistency, and strong on-site leadership. It suits individuals who take ownership of safety outcomes, influence teams through presence and clarity, and uphold standards even under demanding site conditions.
The Role
The Site Safety Supervisor will play a critical role in strengthening safety culture across complex construction activities. Close coordination with project teams and contractor partners will be required to ensure statutory compliance, effective risk control, and safe execution across all site operations.
This is a hands-on, site-driven role where visibility, timely intervention, and discipline matter more than documentation alone.

Why This Role Matters
This position directly impacts on-site safety outcomes and workforce well-being. The role goes beyond monitoring compliance and focuses on preventing incidents, shaping safe behaviors, and reinforcing accountability at every level of site execution.
