Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of IT Development to lead multiple engineering teams building modern Java/J2EE web applications enhanced with AI-driven capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Java/J2EE web applications with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices

• Guide teams on distributed systems, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and security best practices

• Own technical roadmap, quality standards, and operational excellence

• Mentor senior engineers and tech leads, managing performance and career growth

• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, QA, and Data teams for end-to-end delivery

• Drive modernization, scalability, and reliability improvements

• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
