As a Digital and Website Performance Analyst, your love for data and expertise in digital analytics will drive the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and fuel our company’s growth. Delve into acquisition and campaign data to uncover actionable insights and optimize conversion funnels through experimentation. Your contributions will help connect customers to the content they seek, driving engagement and conversion on the website. Become an integral part of the marketing team, sharing valuable insights and answering key business questions.
- Craft compelling stories using data to understand user behavior and interactions with website, campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Identify customer journeys and opportunities to improve user experience and content availability.
- Provide recommendations to enhance digital campaign performance and optimize website conversion.
- Maintain cross-channel attribution and reporting to measure the impact of marketing efforts.
- Analyze web, campaign, and cart sales data, delivering reports and dashboards with actionable insights using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Domo, and Excel.
- Build marketing dashboards in Glassbox, Tableau/QuickSight, aiding the team’s understanding of results and trends.
- Evaluate and establish better user engagement metrics, predicting strong engagement and retention patterns.
- Analyze conversion funnels by channel and customer type, consolidating data from different sources for a comprehensive view.

- Proficiency (5+ years) in dashboard and reporting tools like Domo and Tableau.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques.
Nice-to-Have Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, enhancing your ability to streamline tracking and data collection processes.
- Experience with Lookup Studio, enabling advanced data exploration and analysis.
- Familiarity with Tableau, empowering you to create engaging and impactful data visualizations.
- Knowledge of other data analysis and visualization tools will be a plus, contributing to your versatility and adaptability.
