- Experience in Windows, Linux OS and vSphere
- Experience and familiarity with IT security software, hardware and/or analytics products and services
- Experience with networking, server, application and development technologies
- Domain expertise with IT operations, security or compliance
- Prior experience working on site with customers
- Setup, configuration of IT solution
Must necessarily be from IT Networking or Security Company.

You’ll be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for products and services. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of technical skills, business acumen, cybersecurity domain knowledge and a strong desire to take a leadership role in support of the customers’ business and technical requirements.
Lead technical pre-sales activities: The CSA is responsible for driving business opportunities forward through the technical validation phase. The CSA must demonstrate critical thinking and objectively evaluate solutions. The CSA must have the ability to work within a team to ensure that the technical solutions are aligned with the desired outcomes.
Lead technical design sessions: As the “owner” of the technical strategy and solution, the CSA must have the ability to walk a customer through the solution development process, from requirements gathering, solution design through to operations.
Present strategies and solutions to customers/partners: The CSA must have good presentation and whiteboarding skill. The CSA must have the ability to effectively convey strategies and solutions to a broad audience, ranging from executive management to technical staff.
Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements: The CSA must demonstrate the ability to develop solutions to address our customers business challenges. Technical creativity, strong knowledge of solution frameworks and technology are essential.
Serve as the lead technical architect: The CSA’s involvement with the customer goes beyond technical pre-sales activities into technical leadership of program delivery. The CSA may be asked to participate in the design and delivery for most critical programs.
