Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) to craft enterprise-grade digital products that simplify complex workflows. This hands-on role drives end-to-end design from discovery to developer handoff, blending UX research, prototyping, and visual design to deliver human-centered, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex workflows and AI-driven processes into intuitive, human-centered designs
Conduct UX research, analyze user data, and inform design decisions
Define information architecture, create user flows, wireframes, and journey maps
Rapidly prototype and test interactive solutions using modern design and AI tools
Execute polished visual and interaction designs that align with scalable design systems
Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
Continuously iterate and improve designs using user feedback and design best practices
Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years experience designing web or mobile products at scale
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field
Expert-level proficiency in Figma or similar tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and scalable design systems
Experience working in iterative, feedback-driven environments
Nice to have: JavaScript frameworks, HTML/CSS, enterprise/workflow-heavy product design
